If you contact me by e-mail or via my contact form, the information you voluntarily provide to me will be stored by me for the processing of your request and its processing. I will not pass on this data without your express consent.

The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 lit.b, f GDPR. If there are no statutory retention periods, I delete the personal data transmitted to me as soon as you ask me to do so, the purpose of the storage no longer applies or the statutory retention period ends. Access data/server log files

The web host “ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich” commissioned by me has several data centers of its own. These are located in Dresden. All data is therefore stored exclusively on servers in Germany and is therefore also subject to German data protection laws.

For the purpose of order processing, I have concluded a contract with this hosting provider that meets the requirements of § 11 BDSG.

For technical and legal reasons, my hosting provider stores the following data in server log files, which your browser transmits to us: The browser type and version used The user’s operating system The user’s Internet service provider The IP address of the user Date and time of access Websites from which the user’s system reaches our website Websites accessed by the user’s system via our website.

This data will be deleted after seven days. This data is not merged with other data sources. For technical and legal reasons, the processing of this data is necessary for the provision of a website and is therefore permissible on the basis of a legal obligation or a legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit.c,f GDPR.

Cookies

Cookies are text files that are stored on the visitor’s computer. Therefore, as a user, you also have full control over the use of cookies. By changing the settings in your Internet browser, you can deactivate or restrict the transmission of cookies. Cookies that have already been stored can be deleted at any time. This can also be done automatically. In the footer of my site you have the possibility to choose between the languages German, English and French by clicking on the corresponding national flags. Which supervisory authority is responsible depends, among other things, on the location of the alleged violation. In our case, this would be the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit (Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information). You will not suffer any legal disadvantages as a result of such a complaint.

If you work or live permanently in an EU country other than Germany, you can also complain to the supervisory authority responsible for you there.
